FuckHD.me allows/permits you to link to materials on the Website forpersonal, non-commercial purposes only.

You shall be solely responsible for any and all of your own User Submissions and the consequences of posting, uploading and publishingthem. Furthermore, with User Submissions, you affirm, representand/or warrant that:

7. ACCOUNT TERMINATION POLICY

9. FEES

You acknowledge that FuckHD.me reserves the right to charge for FuckHD.me services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion.Further more, in the event FuckHD.me terminates your rights to use thewebsite because of a breach of this Agreement, you shall not beentitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees.

10. WARRANTIES

You represent and warrant that all of the information provided by youto FuckHD.me to participate in the FuckHD.me website is accurate and currentand you have all necessary right, power, and authority to enter intothis Agreement and to perform the acts required of you hereunder.

13. INDEMNITY

your use of and access to the FuckHD.me Website;
your violation of any term of these Terms of Service;
your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
claim that one of your User Submissions caused damage to a thirdparty. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive theseTerms of Service and your use of the FuckHD.me Website.

You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age or anemancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, andare fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions,obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forthin these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with theseTerms and Conditions contained herein.

14. ASSIGNMENT

The Terms and Conditions contained herein and any rights and licensesgranted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you, but maybe assigned by FuckHD.me without restriction.

If any term, clause or provision of the agreement is held invalid orunenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidityshall not affect the validity or operation of any term, clause orprovision and such invalid term, clause or provision shall be deemedto be severed from this Agreement.

15. JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflicts of law principles. The sole and exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be in an appropriate court located in Limassol, Cyprus. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of said Courts. You consent to service of process in any legal proceeding.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH OR CUSTOMER AGREEMENT YOU ARE UNDER 18, YOU MUST LEAVE IMMEDIATELY RESOURCES.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ATTEND RESOURCES BOTH IN WHOLE AND ANY PART THEREOF EXCEPT PAGE WITH USER AGREEMENT, RECEIVE AND / OR THE CONTENTS OF THIS RESOURCE ANY OTHER METHODS AS A WHOLE OR IN ANY PART!
